“My List” of Contractors and Agents

The Contractors and Agents listed below are not associated with Inspect-Ed Home Inspections and I do not receive royalties to include them on ‘My List’. Some of the entities below have approached Inspect-Ed Home Inspections to be referred to home owners in need of their services. Other Contractors on the list have employees that I know and I trust to do a good job. ‘My List’ is a networking tool to support local Contractors and Agents. If you use a Contractor or Agent below, do your own due diligence to vet them. With any Contractor, you should review their prior projects, get a contract with a warranty clause, never pay 100% of the fee before they start, and watch their work through every step of the process by taking pictures. If you have problems with a Contractor or Real Estate agent, let me know and I’ll delete them from my list.
